Support Staff — INTAKE SPECIALIST

Salary / Wage: $12.51/ Hour

Description:

Responsible for initial telephone contact for intakes, completing appropriate documentation, and computer data entry, help at the front desk when necessary. Triage incoming calls for urgency and appropriateness of therapy referrals. Complete contact sheet, make clinical assignment, and complete appropriate paperwork. Administer grant applications and inform client of financial responsibility. Complete benefits recovery procedures. Enter new client information into computer. Enter updates, reopens, and data changes into computer.

Make changes as requested by billing department. Manage walk-in clients. Maintain an adequate supply of admissions forms. Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Focuses on understanding and exceeding internal and external customer's needs in a professional manner. Excellent communication skills and the ability to appropriately assist persons who may be experiencing mental health problems. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Displays kindness and genuiness towards others.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Two to four years office experience in a health care setting specifically dealing with reception functions. Recognizes customer service as a high priority. Ability to work both independently and as a team member with good organizational skills.

IT/Systems Support Technician-Full Time

Salary / Wage: $18.67 to $22.97 per hour

Description:

IT Hardware Support Technician must prioritize, perform, and complete tasks in an orderly and timely fashion using HDC’s ticketing system.  The person in this position will be working in a Microsoft environment supporting both end user software and hardware.  They must have good troubleshooting skills, diagnostic abilities. They will also perform installations and upgrades of PCs and laptops. In addition they will assist in network operations, installations, maintenance and troubleshooting in both a physical and virtual environment under the guidance of the Network Administrator.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Two years of Computer Technology related education and 2 years experience in the field of computer networking. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system(s), software and hardware support with excellent troubleshooting skills and diagnostic abilities •A strong customer focus responding efficiently and professionally to customer service issue requests •Prioritizing, performing, and completing help desk ticket tasks in an orderly and timely fashion •Provide user training on new hardware and/or software. •Must have initiative and problem solving skills and a willingness to learn new skills •Possess the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously across multiple locations •Strong written and verbal communication skills – Communicating in a clear and concise manner while providing technical information to a non-technical audience •Must maintain professional attitude and demeanor in verbal and written communications with customers •Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times •Ability to provide thorough and timely documentation of tasks and processes •Perform systems setups and upgrades for deployment, familiarity with Symantec Ghost is preferred •Deliver and install systems to end users as required •Have a basic understanding of network infrastructure associated applications, including TCP/IP •Experience with Cisco products. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in computer related field and/or certifications a plus. Experience with IP phone systems and video conferencing is preferred. Experience with SharePoint is desirable

Ability to work in a fast paced office environment, excellent customer skills, and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines. Attention to detail is a must. Ability to work flexible schedule to cover evening hours.

Full-time Therapist — Douglas County/Superior Location

Provide assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy and crisis services to primarily adults in a community mental health center. Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, work with agencies within the county, attend training as requested and participate in 24-hour crisis line. Opportunity to work as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, providing services to a broad spectrum of clients.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Therapist needed for HDC--office located in Douglas County, Wisconsin. Requires Licensure as a mental health professional (LPC, LMFT or LCSW) and therapy experience.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experienced licensed clinician preferred. Therapy experiences using DBT skills preferred.

Case Manager (Masters Level) – Full Time — Douglas County

Salary / Wage: $39,300 - $42,800 (Full Time Annual Salary)

Description:

Provide mental health treatment services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness including assertive outreach, service coordination, case management, symptom management, supportive therapy and rehabilitative/skill training services.  The primary emphasis is direct individual client contact in community settings.  Participate in agency 24 hour crisis line rotations.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in human services field with at least 1000 hours of verifiable post-bachelors supervised clinical experience working with adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in human services field plus 3000 hours of verifiable post-master’s supervised clinical experience with adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness, or 1500 hours of post-master’s experience working in a Community Support Program.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in nursing with credentialing from the ANCC (Family or Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist).

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: DNP degree a plus. Ability to treat children and adults is desired, but not required. Previous work experience in a community mental health clinic or other psychiatric clinic setting and in primary care settings as a NP/CNS. Also, knowledge of addictions and experience working with adults as well as other age populations; knowledge of community psychiatric systems and resources. Minimum of five (5) year of experience as a psychiatric nurse.
