Staff Aide – Harmony

Support Staff – Insurance Verification

Salary / Wage: $12.51

Description:

Obtain authorizations for services provided and billed to insurance companies. Follow up with insurance companies, data entry into the electronic health record system, primary source verifying insurance and eligibility with insurance companies, and coordinate with billing department regarding billing issues. Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, with the ability to work independently and as a team member, positively contributing to the team orientated environment.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with one (1) year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Moderate knowledge of health insurance plans, experience working with health insurance and an understanding of common health insurance terminology. Typing 35 WPM, good communication skills, with proficiency using computer and web based programs.

Children’s Mental Health Case Manager/Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports Practitioner

Assist families in accessing necessary services to meet mental health issues of children ages 0-18.  Provide individual, group, and family skills training based on the treatment plan.  Goals of the program are to improve the functioning of children in home, in school and in the community.  Requires flexible scheduling and some evening work in order to meet with families in their homes.  Great opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, psychologists, and child psychiatry.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in human services field with at least 1000 hours of verifiable post-bachelors supervised clinical experience working with adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in human services field plus 3000 hours of verifiable post-master’s supervised clinical experience with adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness, or 1500 hours of post-master’s experience working in a Community Support Program.
