DescriptionSUMMARY: The Human Development Center, a non-profit community mental health center with multiple sites in Northeast Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin, is seeking a Senior Management level Director of HIS. This position will provide direction and supervision for HIS staff, have responsibility for implementation of our Electronic Health Record, ensure our meeting “best practices” for health information services, and must have knowledge and experience dealing with HIPAA privacy, security, and regulatory compliance with Federal, State and local requirements.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of accredited program in Health Information Management
• Certification as Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to develop and maintain quality relationships with coworkers, patients, and others.
• 3 years experience in a health care environment responsible for Health Information systems
• 3 years supervisory experience

Part time Master Level Therapist (55% FTE)

DescriptionDUTIES: Assessment, therapy and consultation for mixed caseload including adults, adolescents, families, and children. This is an opportunity to work as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, providing services to a broad spectrum of clients.

QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Therapist needed for the HDC Cloquet office. Requires Licensure as a mental health professional (LICSW, LGSW, or LP) and therapy experience. Diagnostic assessment experience and skills are a must.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Generalist (child and adult experience) preferred. Therapy experiences with non-dominant culture and knowledge of Carlton County agencies and resources a plus.
