HDC Names New CEO
Promotion for Jeffrey Herman, MBA, RN

HDC is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeffrey Herman, MBA, RN to Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Mr. Herman has served as HDC’s Chief Operations Officer since 2008 where he was responsible for overseeing programs related to the direct care of clients (with the exception of psychiatry), as well as the Information Technology and Facilities Services departments. Herman received his MBA from Rosemont College and has worked in healthcare for 22 years.

HDC Board President Steve Wagner states that, “Since his arrival 3 years ago at HDC, Jeff has demonstrated his excellent leadership skills, dedication to our mission, and a strong commitment to our most valuable assets- our staff. We believe that he will do an excellent job leading our organization.”

For nearly seventy five years HDC has been a leader in providing mental health services to the community. I intend to continue that legacy and build upon it.”, states Herman.

In his role as CEO, Herman will lead the visioning for HDC’s future, continue to provide direction for HDC operations, and will assist with fund raising efforts.
