We provide consultations and ongoing services for older adults with depression, anxiety, and other mental health problems associated with aging and physical health problems. Initial evaluations are typically done by a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with psychiatric expertise. We provide specialized assessment of memory problems, including possible dementia. Patients are seen by our Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. Additional assessment by a psychologist is available as needed. Information is shared with your primary care physician, with treatment recommendations and the option of follow up in our clinic.
