The 8th Annual Human Development Center Gala, “Cirque du Hope” was a great success! Thanks to generous donors and attendees, this year’s gala funds will support our long-standing community mental health programs like Early Childhood Mental Health Services, Children’s Therapeutic Services & Supports, Adult and Child Case Management, and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services. We greatly appreciate your support!
On Thursday, August 16th, 2018 our 200 guests enjoyed an evening of hearty appetizers, fun games, a raffle, and a silent auction. The whole evening was hosted by CBS3’s Edward Moody who lit up the room with humor and excitement. A highlight of the night was honoring HDC’s Jill’s Place Volunteers Ann Borich and Gretta O’Brien with the Dr. Jane Ellen Maddy award. Funds raised at the event make it possible for HDC to serve those suffering from serious and persistent mental illness who are desperately in need of our services. We hope you enjoyed spending the evening with us!
The Cirque du Hope gala not only allows for a memorable evening, but it reminds us all that we are a community only strengthened by the constant support of those around us. We could not have done this alone, and your donation has made all the difference.
